A Tribute to Julie Fogelberg

The life and photography of Julie Fogelberg, who passed away recently, is being honored at Northwoods Friends of the Arts during the month of July in The Wolfe Den, NWFA’s classroom and extra exhibit hall.  Julie's children have gathered up some of their Mother's dreamy photographs to create NWFA's July exhibit.  Come in to enjoy from Wednesday to Saturday in Cook at 210 S. River St..

“Julie Fogelberg was rarely seen without a camera by her side. Those who knew Julie know that she refused to let her battle with cancer steal the beauty of life. Her photography is a reminder of the way that she found beauty in God’s gifts that can so often go unnoticed. Some of her favorite things to photograph include birds, Lake Vermilion, her flowers and animals that visited her house.”
